As chief executive designate, Barbara leads the charity with a clear focus on delivering our strategic vision.

Barbara is passionate about building resilience and sustainability for the organisation. She takes an active role in identifying and addressing strategic risks and opportunities, fostering collaboration across teams and championing innovation to strengthen the charity’s long-term impact.

A committed leader, she mentors and empowers her senior team, driving positive change that ensures we continue to be there when we are needed most.

Before joining Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance, Barbara dedicated 18 years to Wiltshire Council, where she served as senior marketing and events manager, gaining extensive experience in leadership, communications and stakeholder engagement.
