Do you remember going to the city hall discos in the 70s, well now is your chance to come back and relive it a second time around and reunite with old friends.
Wanborough Scarecrow Trail
A Scarecrow Trail around the heart of the village with 45 scarecrows on the theme is "The World of Rock & Pop"
At weekends and on Bank Holiday Monday trail sheets, children's activity sheets and refreshments will be available at Wanborough Village Hall in the High Street and a Wanborough School (halfway round the route), between 10am and 4pm. Toilets will also be available at these points. The trail can be walked any day during the 2 weeks, trail sheets can be purchased from The Brewers Arms, The Harrow and The Plough pubs in the High Street during their opening hours. Prizes of £150, £100 and £50 Amazon vouchers for the top 3 prizes, plus £50 Smyth's Toy Voucher for the children's activity first prize.

Wanborough, near Swindon. First scarecrow at the Village Hall SN4 0AD, but you can start anywhere around the route as long as you have a trail sheet to note your answers
